Lately,I have been feeling very low and anxious,Just wrote down the 8 points in my journal,and In Sha Allah,gonna start with the focus points from tomorrow, I feel so light after writing things down, Jazakallah Dr. Daanish!!

The effort is amazing. Hope it reaches out many. I have tried this for a long period but the problem was because of the busy schedule due to exams and law student life I barely get time to make it happen. What do you suggest to make it consistent. I really need help to work on myself and make it happen.
